General strives to make customers satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that complies with Dutch law. Please read the policies below carefully before returning an item.

Return conditions

      Return procedure

        • Please contact our customer service at within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. to report and request a return label.
        • After receiving your request, we will send you a return label by email, along with detailed instructions for the returns procedure.
        • Pack the item carefully in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
        • Put the return label clearly on the packaging.
        • Take the package to the nearest post office or follow the return label instructions for alternative shipping methods.
        • Make sure you receive proof of postage and keep it as proof of return.

        Return costs

        • The costs for the return are for the customer, provided there was an error on our part.
        • The return costs are equal to the shipping costs.


          • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.
          • The refund includes the full purchase price of the returned item.
          • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
